100g ground gluten free oats I use Delicious Alchemy
30g vegan protein powder chocolate or vanilla works great I use Free Soul
2 eggs (To make this recipe vegan use flax eggs)
2tsp baking powder
1 banana
1tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle pink Himalayan rock salt
50-100ml plant based milk of your choice I use Aplro
1tsp plant based sweetener I use Natvia
Mix all your dry ingredients together: ground oats, vegan protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, rock salt, sweetener
Mash up banana and mix in to dry ingredients
Whisk the eggs and stir in to mix
Slowly add the milk whilst whisking until you have a thick yet slightly runny consistency
Oil and heat a saucepan
Pour small circles of mixture into hot pan and cook on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes each side
Edges will brown when done
Mixture should make 8 gorgeous pancakes

Chopped fresh strawberries
Desiccated coconut
Cacao nibs from Naturya
Maple syrup
