2 bananas
Pinch of ground pink Himalayan rock salt
2tbsp unsweetened almond milk
40g pistachios
Large handful fresh spinach (yes spinach!)
2tsp Natvia sweetener
Slice bananas and freeze for 1 hour
When bananas have frozen add all ingredients to a blender or NutriBullet
Leave some pistachios to the side to chop up as topping as an option
Divide into 2 mini ice cream or dessert bowls
Freeze for another 30 minutes, can be left longer or even overnight
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving (the wait is worth it for a creamier texture!)
Great healthy topping to drizzle on as an option is Sweet Freedom syrup
