80g gluten free oats
30g organic light tahini
1tsp maple syrup
30g chocolate vegan protein powder (I used Free Soul)
50ml unsweetened almond milk
Organic cocoa powder to coat balls (optional)
Combine oats, light tahini, protein powder and maple syrup in a mixing bowl
Slowly stir in the milk until mixture comes together, add extra milk or water gradually if mix is too dry
Roll into 12 even balls
Coat around the whole of the protein ball with a light dusting of cocoa powder
Refrigerate and consume within 4 days
