2 apples
4tbsp gluten free apple, date and sultana muesli I used Delicious Alchemy
4tsp cinnamon
2tsp coconut sugar coconut I used The Groovy Food Company
Handful flaked almonds
Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan
Cut the apples into cubes and toss in coconut sugar and cinnamon
Separate the apple chunks between the 2 ramekins
Put 2 tbsps of the muesli on top of each ramekin
Sprinkle flaked almonds on top
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees fan
We topped ours with a large spoonful of COYO dairy free yoghurt
