Kelly’s Diet Whey Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 1/2 scoops diet whey isolean battenberg
2 scoops gluten free oats
90ml liquid egg whites (3 egg whites)
100ml unsweetened almond milk
1tsp vanilla essence
1/2tsp baking powder
Rapeseed oil to coat frying pan
Sugar free syrup for topping

Method:
Add all ingredients together and mix with a fork until smooth
Pour onto pre oiled hot frying pan
Turn heat down to medium
When pancake starts bubbling flip over and cook on other side
Slide onto a plate and top with sugar free syrup
