3 scoops muscle fuel anaboloc vanilla
2 scoops gluten free oats
180ml egg whites
1/2tsp baking powder
50g dark chocolate chips
Add all ingredients together and mix with a fork until smooth. Mix chocolate chips in last.
Pour onto pre oiled hot frying pan.
Turn heat down to medium.
When pancake starts bubbling flip over and cook on other side.
These are ideal for anyone looking to add quality volume of calories to their daily intake.
